About Waiting for the Moon Pavilion

Waiting for the Moon Pavilion is located in the replica of Suzhou Changyuan in the Chinese Garden Museum. It is specifically located at the foot of Eagle Mountain in the northwest corner of the Garden Expo Park of the 9th China International Garden Expo. The pavilion is a small pavilion with a hexagonal spire, built on the commanding heights of the rockery in the garden. The columns of the pavilion hang with the couplet "Flying in the sky and admiring the dawn moon, lying in the clouds and whistling in the autumn wind." Its main function is to climb up to admire the moon, overlooking the panoramic view of Changyuan. Suzhou Changyuan is a replica of a southern literati garden built to the same proportion as the Chinese Garden Museum. It is characterized by its small size, exquisiteness and ingenious layout.
