About Sunac City

Sunac City is located south of the intersection of Feicui Road and Shisun Road in Economic Development Zone, Hefei City, Anhui Province (opposite the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anyi University). It is developed and constructed by Sunac China, and the property company is Suzhou Sunac Property Management Co., Ltd. The project has a total construction area of approximately 2 million square meters, a floor area of approximately 401,300 square meters, and a total of approximately 12,840 houses. The project was formerly known as Sunac City and was officially renamed Sunac City on July 17, 2017. There are kindergartens and various sports venues planned in the community, and the surrounding medical, educational and commercial facilities are relatively complete.
