About Lingshan Town·Nianhua Bay

Nianhuawan is located at No. 68 Huanshan West Road, Binhu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, 30 kilometers away from Wuxi city. It covers an area of 106.67 hectares and has a total construction area of 350,000 square meters. The overall theme element is "Zen". "Zen" connects the dual propositions of Buddhist culture and travel and vacation in the Lingshan Cultural Scenic Spot, giving Nianhua Bay the overall positioning of "Oriental Zen Life Paradise, World Spiritual Resort Garden", and it is a tourism and vacation destination that integrates nature, humanities, and lifestyle. In 2009, Lingshan Group launched the creative planning of the town and invited First Class to conduct a unified design for the 3.5 square kilometers surrounding the original Gengwan Village, and to conduct unified combing and restoration of the natural environment.
