About Wufengxianguan
Wufeng Immortal Pavilion, also known as Nanmu Hall, is located in Liuyuan Garden, No. 338 Liuyuan Road, Jinchan District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It was built from the Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. The building faces north and faces south, with a hard gable roof and a construction area of about 265 square meters. The beams, columns and furniture are all made of nanmu. It is more prominent among the hall buildings in Jiangnan gardens. The main building is a five-bay hall with a gauze screen in the middle to separate the front and rear halls. The front hall accounts for about two-thirds of the entire building. The screen door in the center of the museum is engraved with "Preface to the Orchid Pavilion", and the ten exquisite nanmu gauze partition windows on both sides are inlaid with flower and bird paintings by famous artists.
