About Tianmen East
Dongtianmen is an attraction in Lianghuang Mountain, Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It has a subtropical monsoon climate and is open from 08:00 to 17:00. This scenic spot, together with Tiantai Chicheng Mountain, Huangyan Yushan Cave, and Zhang'an Baxian Rock, is known as the "Four Great Scenic Spots" in Taizhou. It is famous for its "robust peaks, continuous water, beautiful trees and strange rocks". The scenic area preserves the ancient hairpin of Emperor Liang. According to legend, it was originally the place where Princess Liang of the Southern Dynasty led her to practice spiritual practice. It later collapsed and was rebuilt into five bungalows with Buddha statues and a bamboo-structured building that listens to the spring corridor. The rock wall beside the stream forms a natural rock gate, named "Dongtian Gate". The cave is about 20 meters wide and 5 meters deep.
