About TEU Container Tribes

TEU Container Tribe is a container-structured creative commercial complex located in the cruise home port at No. 1 Gangzhou Road, Shibei District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. The project is invested and constructed by Qingdao Shangang Creative Industry Co., Ltd. and operated by Qingdao Xintong Shangang Cultural and Sports Industry Co., Ltd. It is a key project for Shandong Port to build the cruise cultural tourism industry and the first supporting project in the launch area of Qingdao International Cruise Port Area. The project has a construction area of nearly 6,100 square meters. The building is built with a combination of steel structure and containers, shaped like a Tetris cube. The design uses the gaps formed by the free falling and stacking of containers as corridors and overpasses to form a unique spatial structure.
