About Huaihai Street
Huaihai Street is a street under the jurisdiction of Huqiu District, Suzhou City. It is located in Huqiu District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It starts from Yushan Road in the south and Shishan Road in the north, with a total length of 550 meters. The street was first built in October 1994. It was initially positioned as "Xiaoguanqian Street" and attracted time-honored brands such as Lei Yunshang and Huang Tianyuan to settle in. It was also equipped with facilities such as banks, water, electricity and communications to fill the gaps in life services in the early stages of the development zone. In April 2020, the renovation project was launched to upgrade municipal facilities, renovate building facades, and provide full 5G network coverage. Roadside parking spaces were eliminated, pedestrian areas were expanded, and commercial outdoor areas were set up.
