About Russian Street
Dalian Russian Style Street is located northwest of Shengli Bridge in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It is also known as Tuanjie Street. It belongs to a temperate monsoon climate area. It is the earliest planned administrative area and administrative center for the opening of Dalian as a port and city. It is regarded as the origin of Dalian's urban construction and development. The street is 430 meters long and covers an area of 37,000 square meters. It retains the historical buildings of the Belarusian period in the Far East and is home to 5 national key cultural relics protection units, 1 provincial cultural relics protection unit and 2 municipal level cultural relics protection units, presenting the Russian architectural style of the 19th and 20th centuries.
