About Jili Bridge
Geely Bridge is located in Tongli Ancient Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is one of the local "three bridges" and is distributed in the shape of "pin" together with Taiping Bridge and Changqing Bridge. The year of the bridge's construction is unknown. It was rebuilt in the 11th year of Qianlong's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1746) and rebuilt in 1988. In December 2008, it was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Wujiang City (now Wujiang District, Suzhou City) as part of Tongli's "Three Bridges". Geely Bridge is a single-hole stone arch bridge running east-west with a length of 18 meters and a width of 2.22 meters. There are couplets engraved on both sides of the bridge.
