About Sutra Building of Huishan Temple
The Huishan Temple Sutra Building, also known as the "Huishan Temple Stone Sutra Building", is located outside the mountain gate of Huishan Temple in the scenic area of Huishan Ancient Town, Liangxi District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. There are two of them. They were built in the third year of Qianfu of the Tang Dynasty (876) and the third year of Xining of the Song Dynasty (1070). They are respectively referred to as the "Tang Dharani Sutra Building" and the "Song Dabai Umbrella Cover Divine Curse Building". The Tang Dharani Sutra Building is 6.26 meters high, has 19 levels in total, and has a diameter of 1.48 meters at the bottom. It is engraved with the "Buddha Top Dharani Sutra". It is composed of three parts: the body, the base and the top of the building. It is a double-layer octagonal girdle base. The Dabai Umbrella Canopy Divine Curse Building of the Song Dynasty is 6.
