About Shoutian Shiju
Shoutian World Residence is located in Tianjiao Village, Shatian Community, Kengzi Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. It was built in the late Qing Dynasty. It faces from west to east, with a width of about 50 meters and a depth of about 25 meters. It covers an area of about 1,250 square meters (excluding the threshing field and moon pool). It is an immovable cultural relic in Pingshan District, Shenzhen City. The building complex includes Banyuechi, Heping, front row houses and an ancestral hall with two entrances. Horizontal houses and turrets are distributed on both sides of the central axis. The horizontal houses adopt the form of a "dougang style" unit house combination, and the walls are made of rammed earth and supplemented with stone.
