About Hua Luogeng Memorial Hall
After Hua Luogeng passed away on June 12, 1985, Hua Luogeng's hometown, Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, built a Hua Luogeng Memorial Hall with three exhibition halls and a total area of 615 square meters in Zhongshan Park in the city center. As a patriotism education base in Jiangsu Province, the memorial hall receives more than 50,000 Chinese and foreign visitors every year. Over the years, Hua Luogeng has not only not been forgotten by people, but has been increasingly respected and missed by people. With the increase in visitors, the facilities in the museum have gradually become outdated, and the exhibition hall area cannot accommodate many visitors. Under this circumstance, the Jintan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to move the Hua Luogeng Memorial Hall.
