About Nanjing Yunjin Museum
The Nanjing Brocade Museum is China's only professional brocade museum. It mainly displays the Chinese national brocade art represented by Nanjing Brocade and is one of the "Forty-Eight Scenes of the New Jinling". The Yunjin Brocade Museum displays Yunjin brocade weaving technology, fine Yunjin brocade objects from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and replicas of ancient Chinese silk cultural relics. Nanjing Yunjin Brocade, which has a hand-woven history of more than 1,500 years, uses special relief and inlay techniques to express a special aesthetic realm and cultural and artistic charm, reflecting the unique cultural connotation of the Chinese nation. The first floor of the Yunjin Brocade Museum is the Yunjin brocade product sales area, and the second floor is a model of various looms and a physical display of Yunjin brocade weaving technology.
