About Museum Zhedong Revolutionary Base
The Eastern Zhejiang Revolutionary Base Memorial Hall is located next to the former Zhejiang District Committee site in Hengkantou Village, Liangnong Town, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of 2,800 square meters and a building area of 860 square meters. It is affiliated to the Yuyao Municipal Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication Bureau and the Yuyao Municipal Cultural Relics Protection and Management Office. It is a special memorial hall for social science revolutionary sites. On July 1, 1981, the Simingshan Revolution Memorial Hall was officially opened to the public. In 1992, the memorial hall was renovated and re-displayed. At the same time, the Simingshan Revolution Memorial Hall was renamed the Eastern Zhejiang Revolutionary Base Memorial Hall.
