About Shili Hongzhuang Cultural Park
Shili Hongzhuang Cultural Park is a special museum that focuses on displaying the wedding customs and culture of eastern Zhejiang. It was officially opened on May 18, 2018. The museum takes the national intangible cultural heritage "Shili Hongzhuang Wedding Custom" as the core. It has seven themed exhibition halls including Hundreds of Fragrance·Red Zhuang, Ten Miles Weddings·Weddings, Gilt Yicai·Double Box, Bridal Candles·Red Luan, Thousand Years of Love·Couch, Fragrant Clothes and Shadows·Nvhong, Hundred Years of Love and Marriage Letters, and three temporary exhibition halls including Inheritance of the Countryside·Intangible Cultural Heritage, Craftsmanship·Seating. The system presents red cultural relics such as wedding beds, dowry utensils, and Wan Gong sedans. Among them, Wan Gong sedans are imitations of the treasures of the Zhejiang Provincial Museum.
