About Daleng Cultural Palace

Daleng Cultural Palace is a public cultural facility located in Building A3 of Bingshan Huigu, No. 888 Southwest Road, Shahekou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. It was built in 1987. Its total area is 5369.55 square meters, with functional areas such as a large theater, a small theater, Daleng Cultural and Art Center, and a cultural and art block. The Bingshan Huigu Park where the Cultural Palace is located was selected into the list of national industrial tourism demonstration bases of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2023, and was selected as the third batch of national night culture and tourism consumption clusters in 2024. In September 2024, the Daleng Cultural Palace Small Theater was recognized as one of the new performing arts spaces in Dalian. The Dalian Cultural Palace was originally the trade union cultural activity venue of Dalian Refrigerator Factory.
