About Beige Buddha Light
Beige Buddha Lantern is a group of ancient buildings located at the east foot of Jinshan Mountain in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. It was first built in the Song Dynasty and formed in the Ming Dynasty. It has been ups and downs many times in the past dynasties. After reconstruction in 1985, it restored its historical style. The scenic spot is surrounded by mountains and rivers, surrounded by ancient city walls. The main buildings include Xuantian Pavilion, Hanjiang Tower, Huilan Pavilion, etc. The newly built stone Buddha lighthouse is 7 meters high and imitates the shape of the stone scripture building in the Tang Dynasty. The building complex is named after the navigation light hanging in front of Xuantian Pavilion. The light at night can guide ships up and down the Han River, covering the waters from Luhu to Sanyuan Pagoda.
