About Shisun Gang
The stalagmites are located in the Huangshan Scenic Area, between Shixin Peak and Xianren Peak. The strange rocks on the stalagmites are staggered, like bamboo shoots springing up after a rain. Among the stalagmites there are famous places such as "Eighteen Arhats Facing the South China Sea" and "Standing Buddha Stone". Among them, the "Arhats" have different shapes, some are holding umbrellas, some are squatting, and some are carrying sticks, which are vivid images. In addition, there are strange rocks that resemble beasts and birds, adding to the mystery. When the clouds are shrouded in mist, the stalagmite turquoise landscape is particularly charming. In May 2018, the Huangshan Scenic Area Cultural Protection Department discovered a forgotten hiking trail and ancient ruins in Stalagmite.
