Situated at the intersection of Ningbo, Shaoxing, Jinhua, and Wenzhou, it borders Xianxia Ridge to the southwest and extends far to the northeast toward the Zhoushan Archipelago, serving as the watershed between the Cao’e River and the Yong River.
