About Goddess Peak

Wu Gorge Goddess Scenic Area is located on the northwest side of the Three Gorges Yard in Wushan County, Chongqing City, on the north bank of the Yangtze River in the Three Gorges Wu Gorge. The geographical location is between 109°33′～110°11′ east longitude and 30°45′～31°28′ north latitude, connecting with the “D” character of the Wu Gorge section of the Yangtze River. The scenic spot is 22 kilometers away from Wushan County in the west, 486 kilometers away from the main city of Chongqing, and 170 kilometers away from Yichang City, Hubei Province in the east. The Wu Gorge Goddess Scenic Area has a total area of 76 square kilometers, and the core scenic area covers an area of 5.26 square kilometers. The scenic spot is composed of two parts: the south line and the north line.
