About The Great Rift Valley of the Taishan
The Great Rift Valley of the Taishan is located on Chongwen Road, Qiujiadian Town, Taishan District, Tai'an City, Shandong Province. It is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. The rift valley belongs to the Taishan and Culaishan fault zones. It has been developed for more than 1,300 meters in length and hundreds of meters deep. It is connected with the karst caves formed over hundreds of millions of years to form a sightseeing route of more than 6,000 meters. The caves are distributed with geological wonders such as stalactites, stalagmites, and stone mantles. There is also a 3,000-meter underground river rafting project with a significant water drop. The scenic area covers an area of 1.28 million square meters and covers landscape systems such as underground caves, migratory bird release islands, and European-style towns.
