About Shao Sima Fang
Shaosima Archway, also known as Shaosima Archway, was originally located northwest of the former Zhongxiang No. 1 Middle School in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province. It was later moved to the Zhongxiang Museum in Zhongxiang City, Jingmen City, Hubei Province. The archway was first built in the ninth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1581), and was erected by Zeng Shengwu, the Zuo Shilang of the Ministry of War of the Ming Dynasty. Shaosimafang is an imitation wood structure with three doors, six columns and five floors. Two of the stone pillars are located on the back side of the secondary room. The plane on one side is in the shape of "Y", and the front and back are in the shape of eight. There is only one architectural form with a positive figure on the front in Hubei. It is rare and unique among the existing archway buildings in China. The archway is divided into three floors.
