Hong Kong Street is a commercial street in Dongyang City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It has a subtropical monsoon climate and is open all day. The project is divided into two areas, A and B. Area A is mainly residential and area B is mainly commercial. The total commercial area is about 40,000 square meters and the residential area is 97,000 square meters. A municipal road of about 700 meters runs through Bada Road and Jinniu Road in the north and south. The road width is about 28 meters (including sidewalks). Surrounding transportation includes bus lines No. 4, No. 1, and No. 46, and supporting facilities include kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, shopping malls, hospitals, and banks. In the second phase, 68 residential units will be launched, with an area of 101-124 square meters and an average price of approximately 4,300 yuan/square meter.
