About Qinfeng Academy
Qinfeng Academy was founded in the 20th year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1755). It was rebuilt on the basis of sociology at the initiative of Wenya, the magistrate of Raoyi County. The academy is located at the eastern foot of Dajin Mountain in Sanrao Town, Raoping County. It faces northwest to southeast and is built against the mountain. It is low in front and high in back. It covers an area of more than 2,600 square meters and has a construction area of about 1,200 square meters. It has a two-in-two-chamber layout, with a width of 16.6 meters and a depth of 24.8 meters. During the imperial examination era, it was one of the highest institutions of higher learning in Raoping County, cultivating many talents.
