About Shijiazhuang Botanical Garden
Shijiazhuang Botanical Garden is located in the northwest of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, 14 kilometers away from the city center. It was a nursery before 1997, formerly known as Shijiazhuang City Yuecun Nursery. Its main task is to provide various green seedlings for professional greening. In August, the government initiated a project to build a botanical garden based on the original West Nursery. It was officially opened on October 1, 1998, and underwent two large-scale renovations and expansions in 2002 and 2011, covering a total area of 200 hectares.
