About Taohua Lake
Taohua Lake is located in Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the original Taoyuan Town (now merged into Jintan Town). It was originally called Longxudai Reservoir. After tourism development, peach blossoms were planted in the surrounding area and it was renamed Taohua Lake. It is about 1 km away from Yanziyan. Taohua Lake is a vast lake with a shoreline of 20 kilometers. The average depth of the reservoir is about 37 meters, and the deepest point is over 85 meters. The lake is as clear as a mirror and surrounded by peaks. It is a typical karst landform. The lakes and mountains are as attractive as Guilin's landscape.
