About Zhonglu Tibetan Village
Zhonglu Zangzhai is located in the northeast of Niexia Township, Danba County, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is 2,100 meters above sea level and has more than 3,600 residents. Zangzhai is backed by the Mordo Sacred Mountain and has 88 ancient watchtowers. White Tibetan houses and golden-domed temples are scattered along the mountain, forming a "color picture". The Jiarong Tibetan folk culture is completely preserved in the local area, including adult ceremonies, Guozhuang dance, ancient Tibetan opera and other activities. The scenery of Tibetan Village varies throughout the four seasons. In spring, pear blossoms are like snow, and in autumn, colorful forests complement Tibetan homes. It is known as a "photographer's paradise". In the surrounding area, there are scenic spots such as Jiaju Tibetan Village and Suopo Ancient Blockhouse Group.
