About Jiaju Tibetan Village
Jiaju Tibetan Village is located in Danba County, Garze Prefecture, Sichuan, about 8 kilometers away from the county seat. It is the most unique tourist attraction in Danba. In September 2016, it was officially approved to become a national 4A tourist attraction. "Jiaju" means hundreds of households in Tibetan. The Tibetan village climbs up from the Dajin River Valley to the foot of the Kapama peaks. The entire village is continuous along the undulating mountains. On the hillside with a relative height difference of nearly a thousand meters, Tibetan-style buildings are scattered among the green trees.
