About Chaoran Pavilion

Chaoran Pavilion is a gallery located on the first floor of Jinan Liangyou Fulin Hotel. Its name is taken from the meaning of "transcendent things outside" in Su Shi's "Chaoran Taiji". It was initiated and established by people with aspirations in Mizhou. The name Chaoran Pavilion comes from the story that Su Shi rebuilt the Chaoran Pavilion when he was transferred to Mizhou. His brother Su Zhe named the Chaoran Pavilion. The gallery takes the art of calligraphy and painting as its carrier and aims to provide a place for calligraphy, painting, and collection enthusiasts to discuss and communicate.
