About Sai Jinhua's former residence

The Hui-style garden "Guiyuan" was restored and repaired on the site of Sai Jinhua's hometown in 2003, so it is also called Guiyuan Scenic Area. Located between Xidi and Hongcun, two world cultural heritage sites, Huizhou’s traditional gardening techniques were used during the renovation. Its stacking of mountains, water management, architecture, and plants are many different from Jiangnan gardens in Suzhou and Yangzhou. It was officially opened to tourists in May 2004. In the scenic area, there are Sai's former residence, Sai Jinhua Study Room, a used water well, Begonia pear flowers accompanying the moon, two bridges to intercept the spring, quiet fish, distant wind and beautiful surroundings, etc. It is a valuable asset from the perspective of people, history, culture and tourism.
