About Culture Square
Jilin University Museum is located in Chaoyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province. It is a business unit directly under Jilin University. It was founded in 1952 and has two branches: the Geology Museum and the Archeology and Art Museum. The museum is famous both at home and abroad for its rich collection and distinctive features. It is one of the famous university museums in my country and even Asia. The museum integrates "scientific research, teaching and science popularization". It has a complete range of rock, mineral and fossil specimens, a rich collection of cultural relics and archaeological specimens, and a rich accumulation of relevant geoscience and archaeological materials.
