About Dehua Ceramics Museum
The Dehua County Ceramics Museum was established in March 1989 and is affiliated to the Dehua County Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau. In 2003, a new location was selected for reconstruction and the new museum was opened in October 2006. The new museum is located at No. 17, Xuefu Road, Xunzhong Town, Dehua County, covering an area of 50 acres and a construction area of 5,700 square meters. It has been awarded the honorary titles of National Second-level Museum, Fujian Provincial First-level Museum, Fujian Provincial Science Education Base, Quanzhou Patriotism Education Base, Quanzhou Civic Moral Construction Practice Base, Quantai Youth Exchange Base, Quanzhou Social Science Popularization Base, and County-level Civilized Unit. Dehua County Ceramic Museum is the first professional ceramics museum in Fujian Province with complete information.
