About Museum of Bridges

Xiamen Bridge Museum is located in the anchorage on the east bank of Haicang Bridge. It is the first bridge museum in my country built in the huge anchorage of the bridge. Its display involves aspects such as styling design, content and technological means. The museum consists of three parts: the Haicang Bridge Construction Exhibition Hall, the China Bridge Centenary Review Exhibition Hall and the Haicang Bridge Monitoring Center. The Haicang Bridge Monitoring Center is the core department of Haicang Bridge traffic command. It was upgraded to an information center in September 2017. It is a large-scale museum invested and built by Xiamen Road and Bridge Co., Ltd. that is both informative and participatory. It mainly displays bridge technology, bridge history, bridge culture and bridge science knowledge.
