About Foshan Police Museum
Foshan Police Museum is located on the east side of Foshan 110 City Emergency Command Center. It has a two-story structure with an exhibition area of 2,600 square meters. It displays more than 1,500 historical items of various types. The museum is divided into eight parts: police history, prosperous years, reform and development, forging ahead in the new era, bright police badges, cooperation and exchanges, police equipment, and police camp culture, displaying the glorious history and brilliant achievements of Foshan Public Security over more than a hundred years. Its predecessor was the Foshan Police History Museum. It was built with self-raised funds by the Foshan Police Association and was completed and opened in September 2015. The new museum will be completed and renamed in May 2023. The inauguration ceremony will be held on May 18 and trial operation will begin on June 1.
