About Yuyao Hall of Fame
Yuyao Hall of Fame is located on the southwest side of Longquanshan Park, No. 138, Beibinjiang Road, Yuyao City, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is the first professional museum in Yuyao with the theme of celebrities from past generations. The museum was officially opened on July 6, 2010 as one of the eight major projects completed in Yuyao City's "Project Breakthrough Year" activities. The city government invested 18 million yuan in its construction. The museum site is also known as Longshan Cultural Plaza. Relying on Yaojiang regional cultural resources, it systematically displays historical celebrities from Yuyao from the Hemudu Civilization to modern times. More than 150 people were admitted to the exhibition when it opened, and the number later increased to 162, covering many fields such as thought, military, literature and art, science, etc.
