About Qi Jiguang Memorial Hall
The Qi Jiguang Memorial Hall is located in the Beiwa Dusi Mansion in the former Penglai Water City, Penglai City, Shandong Province (north of Zhenyang Gate). It was rebuilt on the original site of the Beiwa Dusi Mansion in the Ming Dynasty from 2018 to 2019. It was officially opened on June 13, 2019, covering an area of 3,220 square meters. It is a special venue that systematically displays the military career of the national hero Qi Jiguang. The main body is a two-entry antique building complex, facing north and south, with a symmetrical layout along the central axis. The roof is covered with glazed tiles. There are stele pavilions on the east and west sides with steles with the characters "loyalty" and "filial piety".
