About Huangshan Scenic Museum
Huangshan Scenic Area Museum is located at Yungu Cableway (Ciguang Pavilion, nearby Huangshan Geological Museum) in Huangshan District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. It covers an area of 7,410 square meters, with a construction area of 3,376 square meters and an exhibition area of 1,360 square meters. It is a local comprehensive museum. On May 4, 1989, preparations were made to establish the Huangshan Scenic Area Museum. On October 22, 1991, the museum was opened for trial operation. On December 8, 1995, it was fully opened to the outside world. As of the end of 2019, there are 353 pieces (sets) in the collection, including 756 pieces (sets) of precious cultural relics.
