About Former CCP Office at Taiyuan
The former site of the Taiyuan branch of the Communist Party of China, that is, the former site of Shanxi Provincial No. 1 Middle School, is located at No. 28, Haizibian East Street, Yingze District, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, on the south bank of Wenying Lake in Wenying Park. In the autumn of the 13th year of the Republic of China (1924), Gao Junyu was instructed by the Northern District Committee of the Communist Party of China to establish the Taiyuan Branch of the Communist Party of China here. The former site of the Taiyuan branch of the Communist Party of China faces south and has a building area of about 2,500 square meters. Today there are three rows of classrooms, Feng Shu Hall (principal's office) and some buildings imitating the Qing Dynasty's hanging top and hard top.
