Chaoyang Lake is located within Pujiang County in the southwest of Chengdu, 83 kilometers from Chengdu, and covers an area of 110 square kilometers. Chaoyang Lake is a AAAA-level scenic area composed of attractions such as Chaoyang Lake, Shixiang Lake, Changtan Lake, and Feixian Pavilion. Far removed from the mundane world, Chaoyang Lake boasts elegant and pristine scenery, earning it the reputation of “Qingcheng on the Water.” The lakeside is lush with greenery, where water birds often appear, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a paradise far from the mortal realm—known both locally and widely, it is one of the first provincial-level scenic areas.
