About Min River Estuary Wetland Museum
The Minjiang Estuary Wetland Museum is the first thematic nature museum in Fujian Province with the theme of wetland ecological protection. It opened in 2014. The museum's exhibition hall covers an area of 3,000 square meters. It has seven professional exhibition halls to systematically display the ecological protection achievements of the Minjiang River Basin. It uses cutting-edge multimedia technologies such as ground screen projection, AI human-bird interaction, transparent digital screens, naked-eye 3D large screens, and sunken full-area digital sandboxes to enhance science education functions. As the core node of the Minjiang Estuary National Wetland Park, the museum undertakes multiple functions such as ecological scientific research, international communication and public education.
