The ancient wharf is a flood and drought wharf in the Yellow River Gorge, located in Qingshuihe County, Inner Mongolia. Historically, nomadic and farming cultures collided and merged here. Grain, oil, fur, salt, medicinal materials, etc. from Ningxia and Baotou were transported by waterway and then transported out by land route; silk, cotton cloth, tea, porcelain, and daily necessities from Tianjin, Hebei, Taiyuan and other places were transported by land route and then transported by waterway. They are associated with historical sites such as Tongguo County Old City and Xiachengwan Ancient City. Nowadays, it has become a natural playground where people go fishing, sightseeing, swimming in the Yellow River, and sunbathing on the beach.
