About Yunhai Building
Yunhai Building is located on the northeast side of Feiying Park in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is a five-bay building with a corridor in front, green tiles and pink walls, and is surrounded by camphor, privet and other trees. On the back of the building, according to the foundation of the old city wall, a plaque of "Yunhai Tower" written by Zhang Zongxiang, a famous scholar in modern times, hangs high. Climbing up the stairs overlooks the panoramic view of Feiying Tower, Xiongsheng Pavilion, Fengshan Pavilion and rockery pool. The building was built in the eighth year of Dali of the Tang Dynasty (773). The existing building was rebuilt in the Qing Dynasty. Its name comes from the calligraphy book "Yunhai Jingyuan" compiled by Yan Zhenqing when he was the governor of Huzhou.
