About Shantou Revolutionary History Museum
Shantou Revolutionary History Museum was established in July 2014 and is located at No. 207 Waima Road, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It is a comprehensive museum integrating the restoration and protection of cultural preservation units, cultural relic collection and cultural and historical research. The museum consists of branch museums such as the Eastern Expeditionary Army Revolutionary Historical Relics Exhibition Hall, the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Guiyuan, Zheng Zhengqiu and Cai Chusheng Film Museum, Shantou Urban Development Exhibition Hall, and the Tropic of Cancer Sign Tower. It manages historical buildings such as the former site of the National Revolutionary Army Eastern Expedition Army Headquarters, a national key cultural relic protection unit.
